XS/RE underwrites self-funded medical stop loss insurance on behalf of Gerber Life Insurance Company (rated “A” by AM Best) and American Fidelity Assurance Company (rated “A+” by AM Best). All coverage provided is reinsured with A.M. Best “A” rated reinsurance companies.

Group Size:
Minimum 75 lives.
Specific Coverage:
$20,000 minimum deductible, and $5,000,000 maximum reinsurance.
Aggregate Coverage:
$5,000,000 maximum reinsurance.
Availability:
Excess Re may issue policies in every state except Hawaii.
